The Life of Little Nick tells the true story of a boy with mental health issues, who learns to control his energy and mind by finding fulfilment in exercise and sport.Nicholas de Graaf the founder of MAWS Group (Mental Awareness With Sports) works with people of all ages to learn techniques to challenge their fear and anxiety.Nick does this by using confidence-based training techniques allowing the student to match their skills and confidence to challenge fear and anxiety.
