Humans, we are made up the way we think, by our thoughts. In life, things happened and things are going to keep happening. And every single human being on this earth feels all kinds of emotions both negative and positive despite all differences. But how do certain people keep going and get better and how do certain people get the worse? The answer lies in the way we react to it. A man knows happiness because he knows what sadness is. So with this book, I wanted to share some things about life that I've read, learned, and experience with the group of people who are going through the same. Life is a beautiful journey but if we don't know how to walk, we are going to stumble.
