Pearl, The Average Girl

Young Pearl feels invisible in her primary school class. Not sure her teacher even knows her name and constantly out-shone by other, more confident classmates. That is until the school talent show begins! While everyone else is wrapped up in their own performances, Pearl witnesses the stealing of the precious Talent Show Cup. She realises she must be bold and leave her comfort zone to save the day. Which she does, thanks to some super bravery and left over juggling balls! The school is overjoyed at Pearl's achievement and she emerges from the shadows, the hero she is. Written with love for all the (many) average kids in the world.
