250 years in, and still no female president, a national disgrace, Mrs. Matthews who has more money than God, is about to change all that, she believes it's her destiny for her name to go down in the history books as the countries first woman president, but before all of that can happen she has to win the Governor's race she is about to enter. Matt Miller, a minor broken down celebrity, who has spent the last few years drinking like a fish and gambling with money he has not got, is about to have everything in his life taken away from him, as he is forced against his wishes, to come and work for the Matthews campaign, and is shocked as she buys and collects people, ignores laws other people live by, and against all known logic she could actually win the race, so by proving money can buy anything or anyone.
