Canadian detectives, Mark Lewis and Sydney LaFleur, have been handed a cluster of cases of missing women. With little to go on they search for answers, hoping against all odds to save the life of the most recent victim. Sydney's beloved dog, Radar, who failed police dog training, keeps her busy with his antics. As Mark and Sydney close in on the predators responsible for the missing women they realize someone is stalking Sydney and is trying to get rid of both Radar and Mark. Just when they think they can take a break, someone in their circle is murdered. The killer has so expertly taken forensic counter-measures that Mark and Sydney have to face the possibility the killer could be a cop. What they discover threatens to unravel Sydney as well as the case.
