Freddie Finds His Shell is a delightfully funny story of friendship, adventure and acceptance. It tells the tale of Freddie, a young tortoise who is different. He lives on tortoise top hill. He was born without a shell and wears jumpers knitted by his nan to keep him warm and cosy. He always has a nagging feeling that he does not fit in but feels desperate to do so. Freddie refuses to accept his fate and sets off on a quest to find his very own shell. On his journey, he meets many new friends who are also different in their own way.
