Description

Crime is the province of a country’s police and security forces, but what can these organisations do when the criminals have better resources, organisation and support than the police? The police must abide by the rules or civilisation would fall into anarchy. The security forces and even the army, the famous ‘Dogs of War’ must also play it by the book, but criminals have no such limitations. The ancient Greeks relied on the god Nemesis and maybe, in these modern times, when all the advantages are with those who are able to disregard civilisation’s legal conventions, it is time for the return of this bringer of justice, but if we do, how can we control it? show more
